Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

(1) Input: the one-line description of your shop, and the number of photos you selected. Only the one-line text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to create the structure plan. The photos themselves are never sent or stored; the video is rendered only inside your device's browser. We do not ask for your name or email (only if you leave an email with feedback do we keep it, to reply).

(2) Billing information: the email address and subscription status when you subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your card number.

(3) Messages: feedback or questions you send us, and an email address if you choose to give one.

(4) Usage data: access logs, device and browser information, and a cookie used to count usage limits.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, bill you, answer your messages, prevent abuse, improve the Service and send important notices. We do not use your Input to train AI models.

3. How long we keep your Input

Your one-line text and the structure plan are not kept on our servers once it is generated. Your photos are never sent to our servers at all. Usage limits are counted in a signed cookie (on-device storage in the app) that contains no personal information. To prevent abuse and measure usage we record only an irreversible value (hash) derived from your IP address and browser, never the address itself.

4. Legal bases (EU and UK users)

We process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and billing), for our legitimate interests (preventing abuse and improving the Service) and, where required, with your consent.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. We use the following service providers to run the Service, all based outside Japan (in the United States): payment processing (Stripe, Inc., United States); application hosting (Vercel Inc., United States); AI processing (Anthropic PBC, United States).

6. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control and deletion of data we no longer need.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, stop using or delete your personal information. Residents of the EU, the UK and some US states have additional rights under their local laws, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact: support@tebako.app

8. Changes

We will publish any change to this policy on this page and announce important changes in the Service.
